Going over to SQII..

There have been a lot of events going on in SQI. A lot of stress, a lot of preparation for the upcoming big event.

My decision on going to SQII is based on a lot of factors. Factors that I won't indulge here.

Mr Sim gave me a second chance. A chance to build up my planning skills, project management, teamwork, and also better communication. He told me that he would send me to improve my speaking communication skills.

Frankly speaking, I told Mr Sim about the reasons that frustrates me so much.

He noticed that I am good in writing, but not speaking. That's the problem that I am facing. Thus I am also quiet when doing my work.. haha.. I like to focus on my work, so if there is any distractions, its difficult for me.

In SQI, there is no staff training. There is so much work load for all of us and there's no time for us to go for any one.


we have just reorganised, archived our overall filing system. Next, there should be inventory control.

I have to update the status of Membership cases and courses. Good or bad, I have to disclose them.
